1. This is a 12 month contract, billed monthly. Customer is responsible for full payment.
2. Sites found promoting porn, spam or illegal activities will be suspended without prior notice until said activities can be removed by you. Payment is still owed for the remainder of the term.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE -Agreement is effective upon purchase. Notice of changes will be sent via email 30 days prior to effective change date. Continuing to use services indicates agreement.
4. FEE - Failure to pay renewal fees may result in suspension or termination of Services.
5. LIABILITY -In no event shall either Party be liable to the other Party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
6. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS - The Customer shall be responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for the provisioning and maintenance of the Services.
-The Customer agrees to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
-The Customer shall be responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and ensuring the confidentiality of any sensitive information.
7. CAPITALIZED HEADINGS - are for convenience and not intended as legal categories.
8. GOVERNING LAW - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, courts and jurisdiction of Texas.
